Since the beginning of 2022 the new Pingen is finally available to all customers. To make your transition to the new app as easy as possible, read about switching from Pingen Classic to the new Pingen here.
The main difference is that the new software accepts, validates, and processes your documents. The new Pingen doesn’t yet support all the features of Pingen Classic, but most of them will be added over the course of 2022.

For external integrations to work with the new Pingen, they must be updated to use the revised Pingen API. For all external integrations known to us, we regularly check whether the integration has already been optimised for the new Pingen.

In addition to technical improvements, the new Pingen App also comes with a completely new UI. Thanks to its innovative dispatching cockpit and intuitive control center, sending and managing letters is even more convenient!
To familiarise yourself with the new Pingen, simply register an account for free and use it in parallel with Pingen Classic. Configure the new Pingen in just a few clicks and dispatch the first letters in moments!
Unfortunately, since the new Pingen was developed from scratch, existing letters and settings cannot be transferred. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your Pingen Classic account for a while. This way, you can use Pingen Classic as an archive when doing research.
We gladly transfer your credits from the previous Pingen Classic to the new Pingen. For this purpose, please first enter the billing address in the Organisation Administration under Billing & Credits after registration. This is required so that the correct receipts are generated during the credit transfer. Then please contact Support with the subject line "Credit transfer".
In contrast to Pingen Classic, the new Pingen works without package logic and monthly basic fees. Instead, Pingen offers discounted prices starting at a monthly mailing volume of 500 letters.
From a monthly shipping volume of 5,000 letters, we also offer individual prices at even more attractive conditions!

Pingen is a powerful hybrid mail service designed to automate recurring mailings. With superpost, on the other hand, occasional mailings can be sent in seconds - without registration! Simply upload your ready-to-send PDF or write a letter using the superpost letter generator.
