You decide whether your address information and letters will be stored in Pingen for 1, 3, 6, 12, or 18 months. You can configure different settings for the addresses and the letters. After the storage period expires, your data is automatically erased.
Returns processing is also handled securely and reliably. Letters that cannot be delivered by the post are automatically recorded as returns by the post or Pingen and reported digitally via email and Webhook. Afterwards, the undelivered letters are destroyed unopened.
